Joseph A. Leo will be awarded the 2010 Enterprise Award by the Downers Grove Area Chamber of Commerce and Industry at the Black and White Ball Carnivale presented by Midwestern University, Friday, Sept. 24 at Bobak's Signature Events, Woodridge. Leo will be recognized for his public service and professional contributions to the business community. A partner in Scanlan & Leo Ltd certified public accountants and former District 58 school board member, Leo has contributed to the Education Foundation of District 58, Indian Boundary YMCA Indian Princesses, Helping Girls Navigate Adolescence Inc., Rotary Club of Downers Grove, the Downers Grove Downtown Management Corp., the Downers Grove Economic Development Corp., and the Downers Grove Area Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
