There is enough space at PowerMart for several businesses to merge - a one-stop location where you could cash in your gold, then use the cash for cigarettes, a tattoo, a "massage", and maybe a nice '82 Pontiac Phoenix. Then the vacated space could be used for new Ogden Ave businesses.

There's actually a gas station on Ogden down by Cass or so that will buy your gold. Or at least they were last year when I took a photo of the paper signs they had hanging up on the gas pumps.
