Welcome to Munch Madness—the bracket-style tournament to find the best restaurant in Darien, Downers Grove, Lemont and Woodridge!
Tuesday, March 27 is the last day to fill out a Munch Madness bracket and give yourself an opportunity to win a $50 gift card to the final-four restaurant of your choosing. For more information about the bracket and the contest, CLICK HERE.
Even if you don't fill out a bracket (though you should, the odds are good!), don't forget to follow along and vote for each day's matchups. The deadline to vote for the Week One matchups is Wednesday, March 28. Below are the links to each day's matchups and the DG specific matchups. If you've already voted for last week's matchups, don't worry, your vote will be counted and you don't have to vote again.

Another Round: Opened in 2010 as the second restaurant by the owners of Roundhead's, Another Round offers 30 TVs and more than 30 beers on tap.
Berto's Deli and Pasta Shoppe: Locally owned and operated since 1998, Berto's Pasta Pantry specializes in homemade pastas and sub sandwiches.

Scarletti's vs. Zest at Lemon Tree
Scarletti's: Scarletti's Italian Kitchen offers a variety of lunch and dinner entrees, including pasta, chicken, salmon, beef and fish, as well as soups, salads and a selection of appetizers.
Zest at Lemon Tree: Lemon Tree Grocer is a high end and specialty grocery store offering fresh ingredients and foreign delicacies at competitive prices.

DuPage Inn vs. Gatto's Restaurant & Bar
DuPage Inn: Dupage Inn is a neighborhood bar and grill famous for its giant burgers and fish fry, but its extensive menu has something to satisfy any appetite
Gatto's Restaurant & Bar: This family-owned restaurant offers Italian specialties, pastas and daily specials.

JR's Place vs. Gyros King
JR's Place: JR's Place is a classic American-style restaurant that serves all your favorites. Known for its hearty breakfast plates, JR's Place offers a large selection of dishes to choose from.
Gyros King: The traditional Greek food of Gyros King is the main draw for its customers. The biggest gyro it serves, "King Gyro," is a monster piled with juicy meat on a warm pita with tomatoes and feta cheese.

Ballydoyle vs. Eagle Restaurant
Ballydoyle: For an authentic touch of Ireland, stop in at the Ballydoyle Irish Pub & Restaurant. It is chock full of friendly service, Irish comfort food, cold pints and live music on the weekends.
Eagle Restaurant: Since 1981 this family owned restaurant has been serving lunch and dinner in a patriotic-themed building.
Teddy's Red Hots vs. Celebrity Sandwiches
Teddy's Red Hots: Located at Main & 63rd, Teddy's Red Hots is a colorful, fun, and classic fast-food diner specializing in hot dogs and Italian ice.
Celebrity Sandwiches: Since 2006, Celebrity Sandwiches has been serving lunch and dinner from its location on Belmont Road and as its owner states: "If you like good food, you'll like Celebrity Sandwiches."
