Give your brain a workout by playing fun and stimulating games designated to sharpen your mind.  You will leave feeling energized armed with activities to do at home. 

Please join us for this event on Friday, February 8, 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM.

The lecture is at the Good Samaritan Health and Wellness Center, Downers Grove, Rooms A & B (2nd Level). The building is located in a separate complex north of the hospital. Please enter from the entrance on 31st street and proceed until the end of the lane.

There is a nominal charge of $2 and registration is required.

Good Samaritan Health and Wellness Center is a state-of-the-art facility nestled in the woods behind Good Samaritan Hospital. The concept of the facility is based upon your total wellness experience. 

Providing more than a place to work out, it offers a complete array of programs and specialized services. There are over 80 group exercise programs to choose from per week--sports specific training, cardiovascular and strength training, free weights, indoor track, basketball and volleyball courts and three pools. Specialized services that include nail care, massage therapy, skin care facials, personal training, nutritional counseling, pre- and post-natal classes and specific exercise classes for pulmonary, diabetes or cardiac. Amenities include full-service locker rooms, free towel service, specialty pro shop, family changing rooms and a view of the woods from the large windows.

Every new member starts out with a comprehensive assessment including body composition, flexibility, strength and aerobic capacity. Call the member services department or visit the website for more information.
