Walk Live Classes
Walk Live is the live, community version of Leslie Sansone's popular Walk at Home program which has been helping people become healthy and fit for over 25 years. These indoor aerobics walking classes offer you the opportunity to walk 1,2, and 3 miles in the convenience of an indoor setting. The group setting also allows for fellowship and support.
The Walk Live program is designed for all ages, sizes and fitness levels. It is a low-impact, multi-muscle indoor walking program designed to promote good health and weight loss. If you can walk, you can do this program!
Mondays and Thursdays we walk the equivalent of 3 miles and Saturdays we walk the equivalent of 2 miles.
- 2 Mile Walk: A 40 minute class which includes warm up, a walk with varying intensity, firming, cool down and stretch.
- 3 Mile Walk: A 55 minute class which includes warm up, a more challenging walk with varying intensity, firming, cool down and stretch.
Each Class Features:

- Brisk walking based on 4 simple moves (cardio, aerobics)
- Added Walk Boosters for firming (strength, toning)
