 ing classes offer you the opportunity to walk 1\,2\, and&nbsp\;3 miles i
 n  the convenience of an indoor setting.&nbsp\; The&nbsp\;group setting 
 also allows for  fellowship and support.\nThe  Walk Live&nbsp\;program i
 s designed for all ages\, sizes and fitness levels.&nbsp\;  It is a low-
 impact\, multi-muscle indoor walking program designed to  promote good h
 ealth and weight loss.&nbsp\; If you can walk\, you&nbsp\;can do this  p
 rogram!\nMondays and Thursdays we walk the equivalent of 3 miles and Sat
 urdays we walk the equivalent of 2 miles.\n\n2 Mile Walk:&nbsp\; A 40 mi
 nute class which includes warm up\,&nbsp\;a walk with varying intensity\
 , firming\, cool down and stretch.&nbsp\;\n\n\n3&nbsp\;Mile  Walk:&nbsp\
 ;A 55 minute class which includes warm up\, a more challenging walk  wit
