The position requires an individual with exceptional communication skills, the ability to work independently and previous customer service/general office experience.
Police Records front desk operations involves extensive customer service work as well as data entry and various parking ticket and paperwork processing duties. The ideal candidate will have very accurate data entry skills and basic math skills to reconcile weekly ticket payment reports. Police Records experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
Work hours are 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
