DOWNERS GROVE JUNIOR WOMAN’S CLUB ANNOUNCES FOUR SENIOR ACHIEVEMENT SCHOLARSHIPS

The Downers Grove Junior Woman’s Club is currently accepting applications for four senior achievement scholarships. Each year the DGJWC awards four $500 scholarships to outstanding high school seniors in Downers Grove.  This year, the Downers Grove Junior Woman’s Club has partnered with three corporate sponsors, Baird & Warner Real Estate in Downers Grove, and Momkus McCluskey LLC Attorneys at Law in Lisle, and ValueKnowledge LLC in Chicago, who have each matched a $500 donation allowing the Downers Grove Junior Woman’s Club to offer three $1,000 scholarships, as well as one $500 scholarship.

“Through the generosity of Baird & Warner, Momkus McCluskey LLC, and ValueKnowledge LLC our scholarships will have a greater impact on the winning students” said Downers Grove Junior Woman’s Club President Joanne Vought.  “College and Universities have become so expensive that the extra money will help each student fulfill his or her financial obligations.”
