The Downers Grove Junior Woman’s Club kicks off 2014 with a prospective member social event on Tuesday, January 28 from 7 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. at Emmett’s Ale House located at 5200 Main Street in Downers Grove.  Prospective members can expect the meeting to be engaging and rewarding with a unique, hands-on service project as well as a social hour. They will learn about the Club’s effort to support the local charity, Sharing Connections, which membership has selected as the community improvement project for this year’s community service efforts.
