What is Trashcan Lacrosse?
Trashcan Lacrosse is the dynamic 2v2 pick-up version of lacrosse that focuses on playing fast and mastering the art of the 2v1. Trashcan Lacrosse was created by friends and NXTsports founders, Andy Hayes and Peter Lawrence. Both Andy and Peter will be on staff at our camp in Naperville, in addition to Colin Ambler and New Wave Lacrosse. The Play Fast camp curriculum is high-rep, fast-pace and a fun learning experience. 

Teamed with Nike
In 2012, NXTsports and Nike partnered to host the Trashcan Lacrosse Experience at the NCAA Men’s Lacrosse Final Four in Philadelphia. The free event invited all lacrosse fans to learn Trashcan Lacrosse and compete against the masses. All participants were given the opportunity to sample a Nike Fuel Band and receive a pair of custom printed Nike / Trashcan Lacrosse socks. Because of Trashcan Lacrosse’s “play fast, play anywhere” mentality, Nike and NXTsports continue to work together in spreading lacrosse in cities throughout the US and Canada.
