Wonder if there is any truth to the chatter in town that the My Favorite Toy Store space had another prospective toy store tenant that was turned down in favor of yet another Italian restaurant and that when the restaurant fell through the toy store prospect was approached again but turned down the option given their feelings that the DG downtown management group was difficult to work with.
