Chicago to Break Record for Lack of Snow

As of Wednesday, 320 days have passed without an inch of snowfall.

Chicago's lack of snowfall is set to break another record.

As of Tuesday, 319 days have passed without an inch of snow falling in Chicago—tying the record set in 1940, according to the Chicago Tribune. With warm temperatures forecast for the rest of the week, Chicago will most likely break that record Wednesday. 

Temperatures have also been warmer, according to the Trib. The lowest degree recorded so far this winter is 10 degrees above zero.
