Downers Grove Park District Museum Hosts 'American Girl' Tea Party

The is hosting a tea party for kids and their American Girl dolls on Saturday.

Children ages 6 to 12 are invited to bring their favorite doll to the , 831 Maple Ave., from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. for an afternoon of tea and fun activities. Participants will learn about their doll's history, and play games related to that time period.

The tea party costs $12 for residents, and $18 for non-residents. Participants must register at , 935 Maple Ave., the , 4500 Belmont Road, or online at www.dgparks.org.
