The Critter Corral Annual Popcorn Parade takes place on September 15th this year - rain or shine - with a 10:00 AM check-in at Grove #1 of Bemis Woods in nearby Western Springs, Illinois. The rescue really needs your help this year!! Participate in our Popcorn Parade with other ferret, guinea pig and rabbit owners or enthusiasts sharing your stories as you walk to raise money to help all the injured, sick and abandoned guinea pigs that are very lucky to find their way to The Critter Corral Guinea Pig Rescue. Please help us raise much needed funds by taking a leisurely walk along a beautiful tree-covered nature trail. Ask your co-workers, friends, relatives and neighbors to sponsor you on the walk. If you can't participate in the walk, please email zoo357@crittercorral.org for details on how to sponsor one of our designated volunteers that will be walking. The Grove #1 entrance is located off of Wolf Road, about one half mile North of Ogden. This location is very accessible, because it is just about one mile from I294 and the Ogden exit. The walk will begin at 10:30 am.
