The problem is the Dept of Agriculture's standards are aimed at farm animals. The standards are way…Read More too low for pet breeding but the USDA has not yet differentiated housepets. She is giving the standard boilerplate answer all puppy mill breeders give. The fact that she passed inspections doesn't mean a thing. Everyone knows the vet she has enlisted is a puppy mill breeder himself so that is an empty argument too. Blah, blah, blah - the same old answers. You've got a good smoke & mirrors show going Madam, but the public is starting to catch on.....
