Carlucci Ryder Cup Prix-Fixe Menu

Carlucci Restaurant in Downers Grove will offer an exclusive prix-fixe menu highlighting multiple countries’ cuisines of which are participating in the Ryder Cup tournament. Available September 25 through September 30, Executive Chef Jonathan Harootunian has prepared a four course dinner menu that will be available for $39.95 per person and feature menu items from the United States, Italy, France, and England. Menu items include cream of vine-ripened tomato soup, served with a buttered brioche grilled cheese sandwich, and buccatini pasta with seasonal vegetables, served in a garlic cream sauce, among others. In addition, Carlucci will offer signature Ryder Cup wines sold by the glass, including the official Ryder Cup wine, Chalone Pinot Noir. Other wine options include Ernie Els Merlot, Jack Nicklaus Cabernet, and more. Complete prix-fixe menu and wine list are available below. FIRST COURSE - USA: Cream of Vine-Ripened Tomato Soup
served with a grilled cheese sandwich made of buttered brioche bread and aged cheddar cheese

with seasonal vegetables, in a roasted garlic cream sauce, topped with shaved Pecorino Romano

with tomato, red bell peppers, black olives and basil, served over cous-cous, in a brown butter
vinaigrette
