New Year Brings New Businesses to Downtown Downers Grove

Downtown Downers Grove might still be reeling from the loss of several local favorites, but the downtown management corporation is ready to welcome some newcomers, and celebrate changes for others.

2013 might have left its mark on Downers Grove—with the loss of such favorites as My Favorite Toy Store, Runners Grove, and Paperworks—but there are a few fresh faces moving in.

"No one likes change, but we are embracing what the future holds," wrote Erin, Venezia, Marketing Director of DG Downtown Management Corp.

"2014 is a year of many new and exciting announcements in Downtown Downers Grove. In order to welcome the new we did have to say goodbye to some of our favorite businesses."
