"Omega Was Closed by Choice at this Point," Owner Says
Omega restaurant has been closed since Tuesday after its water was shut off for non-payment
The scene outside of restaurant this afternoon was the same : empty and dreary with a feeling that something just isn't right about the Ogden Avenue staple being closed.
A new sign on the front door from the indicated the fire alarm was out of order, but no news on when the restrauant might be open could be gleaned.
Jim Stavropoulos, the owner of Omega, said today if he wanted to reopen today, he could, and that "Omega was closed by choice at this point".
