Carlos the Chihuahua Up for Adoption at West Suburban Humane Society

Carlos is a 4-year-old purebred chihuahua seeking a forever home.

Breed: Purebred chihuahua

Good with cats: Unknown

Good with dogs: Yes

More info: Carlos is currently in a foster home while he waits for his new family. His foster mom said he does great with other dogs, is potty-trained and loves all people. He loves to be carried and snuggled. Carlos would make a great dog for a family with kids, or an older person or couple.

She is giving the standard boilerplate answer all puppy mill breeders give. The fact that she passed inspections doesn't mean a thing. Everyone knows the vet she has enlisted is a puppy mill breeder himself so that is an empty argument too. Blah, blah, blah - the same old answers. You've got a good smoke & mirrors show going Madam, but the public is starting to catch on.....
