It's National Voter Registration Day, Are You Registered?

Sept. 24 is National Voter Registration Day, and the local League of Women Voters is available throughout the day to register more voters. 

If you aren't registered, are new to the area or have moved since the last election, take advantage of this opportunity to register locally. The League of Women Voters of Downers Grove, Woodridge and Lisle will register voters on this day at the following times and places:

• 10:50 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. — Downers Grove North cafeteria
• 10:50 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. — Downers Grove South cafeteria
• 11:15 a.m. to 2 p.m. — Benedictine University cafeteria 
• 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. — Downers Grove Metra station (Burlington and Main)
• 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. — Woodridge Public Library
