This is a two-day session. 

HR has the highest potential to impact corporate results and the bottom line.  People both make profit and also account for 40-60% of total business expenses.  This simulation course is designed for HR professionals to learn the financial impact their department has on the bottom line and how to improve organizational success by maximizing profit and managing expenses.

Participants in this two-day interactive simulation will be able to:

• Describe strategic planning and financial concepts
• Measure the ROI of human capital and understand what processes drive business results
• Discuss where and how to add value to the business
