If you or some one you know bought a puppy from Happiness Is Pets and have incurred vet bills treating your dog's condition(s) please go to the Companion Animal Protection Society's (CAPS) web site and complete a Pet Purchase Complaint Form regardless of the time frame and regardless of whether the dog is still alive. CAPS can help you. The number of complaints received by CAPS has increased significantly since the story broke on 1/19/12. Here's the link to the complaint form: www.caps-web.org/index.php?option=com_rsform&Itemid=358
