Be Careful Of This Kumon

Hi, I recently had a bad experience with the Kumon on Ogden Avenue. I witnessed the owners son screaming in a very aggressive manner to my son, in front of all the other students in the room. I confronted him with how he spoke to my son and his behavior worsened towards me, he was very disrespectful. He was very rude saying" this is his classroom and he will run it the way he wants." I am very taken back by the lack of professionalism that was displayed towards my son and I. Something needs to be done so that other students do not have to go through or witness such aggression, towards another person or student. We have since left that facility and will not be returning. Please be carful when leaving your kids at this Kumon or keep a really close eye on what is going on in the room.
