GAS Bill

Just got gas bill and Nicor Advanced Energy charged $1.603 per therm. Chicago Crains just had an article on how Nicor will charge $.68 for April.  I realize Nicor and (NAE)Nicor Advanced Energy are 2 different companies....buy can NAE charge more than double?
