DG Resident Accused of Naperville Embezzlement
Bookkeeper at DuPage Family Medicine accused of stealing over $40,000.
A warrant was issued for a resident Thursday accused of embezzling over $40,000 from a Naperville medical practice he worked at.
George J. Swies, 46 of Downers Grove, allegedly stole the money in small increments over the last four years he worked as the bookkeeper for DuPage Family Medicine, according to the Naperville Sun.
Swies worked for the practice for about eight years but the alleged embezzlement occurred between 2008 and August.
