Downers Grove Attorney Faces Felony Theft, Wire Fraud Charges

A Downers Grove attorney was indicted last month on 11 felony charges related to his alleged mismanagement of real estate accounts, according to DuPage County court records.
Michael L. Flynn, 58, of La Grange Park, was indicted July 25 on seven counts of wire fraud and four counts of theft, according to court records.
Flynn, whose Downers Grove office was located at 942 Maple Ave., was taken into custody Aug. 2, according to the DuPage County Sheriff's Office.
As of Tuesday, he was still being held at the DuPage County Jail. His bail was set at $150,000.
His next court date is set for Aug. 12 in Wheaton.
