DUI, Uninsured Vehicle
Evan W. Bartl, of the 7200 block of Kidwell, Downers Grove, was arrested at 2:41 a.m. at Main Street and Oxford. Bartl was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed, unlawful possession of alcohol and operating an uninsured vehicle. His blue Honda Civic was towed from the scene to an impound lot. He was released on I-bond and has a May 8 court date in Wheaton.

Aggravated DUI
Petrina D. Pierce-Hall, of the 1100 block of South Cuyler, Oak Park, was arrested at 2:44 a.m. at Ogden Avenue and Roslyn. Pierce-Hall was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol while suspended for driving under the influence, improper lane usage, driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured vehicle. Her green Ford Explorer was towed from the scene to an impound lot. She was transported to the DuPage County Jail where she remains on $50,000 bail. She has a May 8 court date in Wheaton.
DUI, Improper Lane Usage
John Q. Baker, of the 2S100 block of Roxbury Court, Warrenville, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. on the 500 block of Ogden Avenue. Baker was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol with a BAC over .08 and improper lane usage. His blue Ford Focus was towed from the scene to an impound lot. He was released on I-bond and has a May 8 court date in Wheaton.
