David M. Morlock, 18, of Downers Grove, was arrested around 6:29 p.m. in the 1600 block of 75th Street, along with two underage teenagers, police said.

According to reports, the teens were questioned after officers noticed their Mercedes-Benz parked near a closed business with its headlights off. Morlock was in possession of a glass pipe they had used to smoke, along with additional marijuana, police said. Another glass pipe and another container of marijuana were discovered in the car, according to reports.

All three subjects were placed under arrest for possession of the marijuana and drug paraphernalia, police said.

The two juveniles were charged with separate village ordinance violations for possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia. Morlock was charged as an adult with unlawful possession of cannabis and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
