DUI, No License
Miguel A. Fernandez-Serrano, of the 8200 block of Lemont, Woodridge, was arrested at 1:36 a.m. at Springside and 63rd Street. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to signal, no valid driver's license and two counts of expired registration. His black Lexus Es300 was towed from the scene to an impound lot. She was released on an I-bond and has an Aug. 28 court date in Wheaton.

Underage Drinking
Jack M. Biggio, of the 7000 block of Webster, Downers Grove, was arrested at 2:52 a.m. at Woodward and Oxnard. Biggio was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor, improper lane usage and no valid driver's license. His tan Chevy Malibu was left at the scene and secured, according to a police report. He was released on an I-bond and has an Aug. 12 court date in Downers Grove.

DUI Alcohol
Yolanda D. Hare, of the 6700 block of Maple Drive, Westmont, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. at Springside and 63rd Street. Hare was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol with a BAC greater than .08. Her silver Infiniti G35 was towed from the scene to an impound lot. He was released on an I-bond and has an Aug. 24 court date in Wheaton.
