DUI, Drug Paraphernalia
Frank W. Klatt, of the 15100 block of Freedom Way, Plainfield, was arrested at 1:57 a.m. at 63rd Street and Springside. Klatt was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol with a BAC greater than .08, possession of drug paraphernalia and no headlights illuminated when required. His white Hyundai Elantra was towed from the scene to an impound lot. He was released on an I-bond and has a Aug. 14 court date in Wheaton.

DUI Alcohol
Cynthia J. Rock, of the 2900 block of Wellington Avenue, Lisle, was arrested at 12:06 a.m. on the 4100 block of Fairview. Rock was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol with a BAC greater than .08. Her purple Plymouth Voyager was towed from the scene to an impound lot. She was released on an I-bond and has a Aug. 7 court date in Wheaton.

Aggravated DUI
Rigoberto Calan-Toto, of the 7500 block of Orchard Lane, Woodridge, was arrested at 1:44 a.m. on Maple and Belmont Road. Calan-Toto was charged with the following:
- Aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol
- Driving while license suspended
- Failure to yield to emergency vehicle
- Improper lane usage
- Operating an uninsured motor vehicle
Calan-Toto's brown GMC Envoy was towed from the scene to an impound lot. He was issued an Aug. 7 court date in Wheaton and was transported to the DuPage County Jail, where he was later released.
