Theft of motor vehicle, disorderly conduct among reports.

The following incidents and arrests were reported by the Downers Grove Police Department:

Aggravated Assault

A man told police two Hispanic males garbage picking behind Service Wide Technology in the 2200 block of Curtiss pulled a knife on him over a stack of discarded printers on May 29. The man said the building next to the one he works at is vacant and someone put six printers behind the business near the dumpster. When the man went over to get one, two Hispanic males—one in his 50s and one in his 20s—were already over there in a white pick-up truck.. When the man asked if he could take one of the printers, the older man told him in Spanish “No, M*****f****r”, went to the truck and pulled out a knife. The two men loaded the printers into the truck and left. The man said the knife looked like a kitchen knife and the older man was short, bald and had lighter skin while the younger man was skinny with darker skin.
