Marijuana Possession, Public Urination: Police Blotter

THURSDAY, SEPT. 13

Public Urination at Main Street Depot

Jeffrey L. Winters, 44, of the 700 block of Liberty in Wheaton, was arrested around 6:17 p.m. at Main Street Depot North, 1001 Warren Ave., police said.

Police were called to the Main Street Depot for a report of public urination, according to the report. Upon their arrival, Winters was found highly intoxicated with urine on his pants, police said.

A witness at the scene told police Winters urinated in the view of numerous people, according to the report.

Winters was charged with urinating in public, and was released on an I-bond. He was later transported to Good Samaritan Hospital.

TUESDAY, SEPT. 11

Possession of Marijuana

Reginald V. Meadows, 20, of the 16W700 block of 56th Parkway in Clarendon Hills, was arrested around 3:09 p.m. in the 6200 block of Main Street, police said. 

During a traffic stop for a suspended license, police smelled the odor of unburnt cannabis coming from the interior of the vehicle, according to the report. The vehicle was searched, and three small Ziplock bags filled with a green leafy substance—identified as cannabis—were located inside the center console.

Meadows was charged with possession of cannabis, and was cited for driving on a suspended license. He was issued an Oct. 17 court date.

DUI

Raymond J. Burke, of the 2700 block of Hobson Road in Woodridge, was arrested around 7:10 p.m. in the 6200 block of Main Street, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He was issued an Oct. 17 court date.

MONDAY, SEPT. 10

DUI

Marcal L. Thomas, of the 800 block of Foxworth Boulevard in Lombard, was arrested around 12:11 a.m. in the 3400 block of Highland Avenue, police said. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. She was issued an Oct. 10 court date.

Car Burglary on Blackburn

A car was burglarized in the 7400 block of Blackburn Avenue sometime between 2 p.m. on Sept. 11 and 11:30 a.m. on Sept. 12, police said. The driver's side door and glove box were both open, but nothing was reported missing.

SUNDAY, SEPT. 9

DUI

Edmundo Molino, of the 6500 block of Puffer Road in Downers Grove, was arrested around 3:34 a.m. in the 6200 block of Belmont Road, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper use of a turn signal. He was issued an Oct. 10 court date.
