Calling the police for a water balloon? Suck it up. School's out, stuff happens when you're in the wrong place at the wrong time. Don't waste our taxpayer dollars taking a cop off the street to write a stupid waterballon assault report! The policeman could have been out on the job patrolling your neighborhood while you were out for your stroll.

There's always the LaGrange Motel.

What does that mean? Very puzzling.

The Officer could have been, but he wouldn't have been.
A water balloon could certainly cause injury, and such an incident is a form of assault -- as are a surprising number of other behaviors. Maybe the focus for concerns about not distracting Police from important matters ought to be on the fools who threw the water balloons.

If they are going to mate in the park, they should at least be licensed and up-to-date on their shots.

Honestly, I couldn't understand why they spent so much money for a parking lot in the first place???

The problem is the Dept of Agriculture's standards are aimed at farm animals. The standards are wayRead More too low for pet breeding but the USDA has not yet differentiated housepets. She is giving the standard boilerplate answer all puppy mill breeders give. The fact that she passed inspections doesn't mean a thing. Everyone knows the vet she has enlisted is a puppy mill breeder himself so that is an empty argument too. Blah, blah, blah - the same old answers. You've got a good smoke & mirrors show going Madam, but the public is starting to catch on.....
