Overnight Ramp Closures Planned July 14-20 at Ogden and I-294
Ogden Avenue ramps will be closed from 9 a.m. to 5 a.m. starting July 14.
The Illinois Tollway Authority has announced temporary construction closures to ramps at the interchange of Ogden Avenue and Interstate 294, while ramps undergo repair and reconstruction.
Road work will take place during the overnight hours beginning around 9 p.m. with ramps reopening at 5 a.m. in time for the morning rush hour.
The temporary overnight closures have been scheduled for July 14 through July 20, according to the following schedule:

Nights of July 14-15 (9 p.m. to 5 a.m.) - Eastbound Ogden Avenue to northbound I-294 and northbound I- 294 to eastbound Ogden Avenue.
Nights of July 16-17 (9 p.m. to 5 a.m.) - Northbound I-294 to Ogden Avenue and westbound Ogden Avenue to I-294.

Nights of July 18-20, (9 p.m. to 5 a.m.) - Southbound I-294 to eastbound Ogden Avenue and eastbound Ogden Avenue to southbound I-294.
Detour routes will be posted by IDOT during these closures. Residents are encouraged to make advance travel plans to avoid unnecessary delays.
