James M. O'Keefe, 44, Lombard, was charged with one count of retail theft after leaving Fry's in Downers Grove with a $400 radar detector without paying.

A flash memory drive was reportedly taken from an envelope addressed to a person living in the 4300 block of Florence Ave. in Downers Grove. The victim stated that an envelope containing the drive was sent from a law office and contained personal banking information.

Disorderly Conduct for Urinating on Vehicle

Alex J. Montemayor, 50, Downers Grove, was charged with disorderly conduct after urinating on his girlfriend's car. Police arrived after Montemayor got into an argument with his girlfriend. They observed him go outside and heard liquid hitting her car, then saw him zipping up his pants. He admitted to the act.

Unauthorized Credit Card Usage

A ma lost his wallet between Main and Curtiss Streets in Downers Grove. His wallet was returned, but $100 and two credit cards were missing. One unauthorized charge of $10 was made on one of the credit cards at the Starbucks Coffee on Main St. in Downers Grove.
