MONDAY, JUNE 11

Bike Stolen from Driveway

A $2,000 pink Centurion road bicycle was stolen from a driveway in the 700 block of Claremont.

Rogue Paul Bunyon Tries to Cut Down Tree

Someone attempted to cut down a tree in the front yard of a house in the 5200 block of Brookbank sometime overnight. The owner said a separate tree had been chopped down the week earlier.

SATURDAY, JUNE 9

Car Keyed for Third Time

A car parked in a driveway in the 2800 block of Maple was keyed sometime between June 9 and June 11, causing an estimated $1,000 in damage. The owner had gotten the car back two weeks ago after having the same type of scratches removed. This was the third time someone has damaged the car.

FRIDAY, JUNE 8

Swastika Painted on Street

A large swastika was spray-painted in the middle of the street in the 7000 block of Blackburn sometime between June 8 and June 11, causing an estimated $100 in damage.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 6

Teens Lead Cops on Foot-Chase

A homeowner in the 1200 block of Red Silver Court, hearing glass breaking around 1:15 a.m., looked outside to see four male teens standing near the driveway. The owner called police, and when an officer arrived, the teenagers took off running. The officer chased them and ultimately found one laying in the grass trying to hide. Through the course of the chase, the officer was able to identify another of the teens, and subsequently went to the teen's house to confirm. One of the teenagers was charged with resisting arrest and curfew violation, while the other was charged with resisting arrest, curfew and damage to property.
