Police: T.V. Stolen From Red Roof Inn

A T.V. was stolen from a room at the Red Roof Inn in Downers Grove last week, according to a Downers Grove Police Department report. 

The T.V. was reported missing from Room 264 at the Red Roof Inn, 1113 Butterfield Road in Downers Grove, by housekeeping staff on March 7. The last occupant of the room checked in on March 1 and checked out at noon on March 7.

The 37-inch Panasonic T.V. is made specifically for Red Roof Inn hotel rooms and will not work outside of the hotel, according to the police report. 

There were no signs of forced entry into the room, according to police. The stolen T.V. is valued at $550.
