Transcendence and Transformation
This is a unique opportunity to hear Andrew Newberg, a prominent researcher in the field of nuclear medical brain imaging and the author of five books, talk about the connection between religion and the way our brain functions. Newberg does not believe that neuroscience can say whether God exists or not, but he does believe that God seems to be hard-wired into the human brain, finding "echoes of the infinite buried within its convoluted folds." Please join us in exploring one of the most profound questions concerning our humanity and our awareness of the divine.
