In Carol Dweck's presentation “Mindsets and Praise: Helping Students to Fulfill Their Potential,” she will discuss how students’ mindsets about their intelligence – whether they believe it is a fixed trait or a quality that can develop – guide their motivation and learning. Dweck will draw from her research on motivation and her book "Mindset: The New Psychology of Success."
