Midwest University Continues to Expand Campus

New expansion calls for building more than 60 feet tall.

A 2,500 seat auditorium and new complex of classrooms are part of Midwestern University's continuing expansion, pending village approval.

According to TribLocal, the village's planning commission has recommended the village council approve the construction, which could be voted on in early May.

The new facility would be 114,300 square feet and stand more than 60 feet tall. Last August, the university to be built along Lacey Road.
