On the Agenda: D99 Board Meeting (2/27)

will hold its regular board meeting tonight at 7:30 p.m. at the Administrative Service Center. Here are some highlights from the proposed agenda:

•In the “Recommendations and Reports” segment of the meeting, there will be a discussion on school fees, some text book recommendations, new information on the storm water utility and a discussion regarding the Master Site Plan.

•As part of the Consent Agenda, the board will look to approve the 2010-2011 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, a special education transportation contract and student tours.

•Among the items recommended for action will be the lease/purchase of tablet computers for teachers as well as a bid package for South High as part of the Master Site Plan.

•New business will revolve around numerous proposed policies coming out of the Policy Committee.
