DG Lions Club 5K "Labor of Love" Run/Walk - September 5

The Downers Grove Noon Lions Club is proud to present it's 3rd annual 5K "Labor of Love" Run/Walk & Kid's 1K (CARA Certified) Event to benefit children and families touched by vision and hearing disabilities. The race will be Monday, September 5th at 8:00 a.m. (5K) and 9:00 a.m. (1K) on the streets adjacent to McCollum Park in Downers Grove. Race entry is $25 per person. Online registration ends September 1, 2011. After September 1st, register at packet pick-up or on race day for $30. Only the first 500 entrants will receive a wicking style race shirt.
