Kick off Mother’s Day weekend by participating in the 23rd annual “Groovin’ in the Grove” 5K Run and Fun Walk, coordinated by the Sports Medicine Club of Midwestern University on Saturday, May 12, 2012 at Midwestern University, 555 31st Street, Downers Grove, IL.
The race is designed for people of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels. Start time for 5K Run/Walk participants is 9:00 am. Children are also welcome to participate in separate events, including 1K and ½ K races and a 100-yard dash starting at around 10:00 am. Race-day registration and packet pick-up opens at 7:30 am.
