Farmers Market Continues in Downtown Downers Grove
The market will be held every from 7 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. every Saturday through Oct. 19.
Here's a look at what's on tap in Downers Grove this weekend:
Football Games: Downers Grove North (2-1) will play at Oak Park-River Forest (3-0) at 7:30 p.m. Friday. South High (1-2) will host Morton (1-2) at 7:30 p.m.
Downtown Downers Grove Market: The Downtown Downers Grove Market is held every Saturday from 7 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., through Oct. 19. The market, located in the Main Street Metra Station's south parking lot, features a variety of produce, fresh bread and pastries, coffees and other specialty foods. Coffee with the Council: Residents are invited to chat with Downers Grove commissioners at 9 a.m. Saturday during the Downtown Downers Grove Market. The meeting will be held at the Main Street Metra Station.
