If you love the sound of marching bands, Downers Grove South is the place to be this weekend.
The 11th annual Marching Mustang Music Bowl will feature performances by more than 20 school bands throughout the day this Saturday, Oct. 26, starting at 11 a.m. at Downers Grove South High School, 1436 Norfolk St. in Downers Grove.
There will be finals competition at 7 p.m., a special performance by the Marching Mustangs at 9:30 p.m. and awards presented at 9:45. For tickets and more information, go to the Music Bowl website.
