Barone's Pizza pretty much epitomizes great 'za for me, taking me back to the same great stuff Alfredo's in Countryside kicked out 25 years ago. For me, Barone's stuffed pie is far superior to that one chain restaurant -- thick and gooey, with great flavor. The thin crust -- while not as thin as some -- is also a winner. The sauce brings a good balance of sweet, savory and spicy, the cheese is the real deal and I've never found fault with any of their toppings, starting with the perfectly seasoned homemade Italian sausage....

No where near as good as L&F in westmont. Hands down the best in a 25 mile area. Had barones once, and only once. L&F. the best.
