I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Luxury Nails! From the staff, to the quality of the services they provide, to the cleanliness of the facility - everything is first class.
I have been going there for manicures, pedicures and waxing for the past 13 years, and will not go anywhere else. Since I am a frequent customer, the entire staff always greets me by name and they always remember what I have going on in my life - if I go in there before I leave for a vacation, the next time I'm in they ask how my trip was. My sister recently got married, and I treated the bridal party to manis/pedis and they were more than accommodating to everything we needed.
The other day I ran in 30 minutes after they were closed (but still inside cleaning up) I desperately needed a polish change, they didn't even hesitate! They exchanged the mop and rag for a nail polish bottle and had me on my way within minutes.
I would recommend Luxury Nails in Downers Grove to anyone and everyone!!
