Illinois State Police say foul play is not suspected in the death of a Downers Grove man whose body was discovered Sunday in Pope County. Bill Foley, 55, was found dead in his car around 1 p.m. in the Shawnee National Forest—roughly six hours south of Downers Grove, authorities said. Autopsy results are still pending, police said. Foley was last seen around 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6, when he was leaving his job in Lombard, police said. His family reported him missing when he didn't return home.
