Officials Mum on How Texas Man Charged with Grooming was Discovered
Officials won't say how Texas man charged with online sex stalking Downers Grove teen was discovered.
On June 13, 45-year-old Rudolph Figueroa of Corpus Christi, Texas was charged with a Class 4 Felony for allegedly having sexually explicit conversations with a 13-year-old Downers Grove girl. How officials became aware of Figueroa's alleged actions has yet to be revealed. Citing the case as an ongoing investigation, both Downers Grove Police Department Sergeant Harry Andler and DuPage County State's Attorney's Office Communications Manager Paul Darrah wouldn't go into any detail about the investigation beyond what was sent out in a press release late last week.
