A 40-year-old Downers Grove man is headed to court after he threatened to kill one of his female condo neighbors, police said. Julius R. Isaac, of the 2400 block of Ogden Avenue, was charged with disorderly conduct, according to a police report. The incident occurred at 7:30 p.m. April 20 when Isaac was in the vestibule getting his mail. At that time the neighbor entered the condo building and he confronted her, according to a police report. The report includes the following exchange: "She advised that Isaac began to yell at her telling her not to touch his belongings anymore. The incident occurred between 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. There were clothes in the locker at the time of the theft, but they were not taken or moved. MONDAY, APRIL 29 A faucet in one of the men's bathrooms was found damaged at 5 a.m. at Main Street Depot South on the 1000 block of Burlington Avenue. The top part of the faucet was removed, causing water to leak onto the floor. The last time the sink might have been intact was at noon April 27 when an employee was closing the depot, police said. SUNDAY, APRIL 28 An officer at 7:55 a.m. drove past the baseball fields at Doerhoefer Park on the Venard Road side. He saw tire tracks and some torn-up sod in the outfields. "An unknown vehicle drove onto the outfield grass and did a few 'donuts' in the grass of fields 1 and 2," the officer said in his report. SATURDAY, APRIL 27 Jeramiah J. Zaper was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia following a 12:34 a.m. traffic stop on the 4700 block of Main Street. Police pulled over Zaper's silver Pontiac Sunfire for speeding, according to a police report. "While speaking with Mr. Zaper, I noticed a strong odor of burnt cannabis coming from the inside of the vehicle, and I noticed that Mr. Zaper was using the right side of his body to cover the center console area," the report said. MONDAY, APRIL 22 Andrew O'Donnell, 18, of the 3600 block of Creekwood Court, Downers Grove, was charged with criminal trespass to land after returning to a local park where he was arrested earlier this month, police said. An officer said he found O'Donnell sitting near the restrooms at Doerhoefer Park, 3020 Saratoga Ave., around 12:05 p.m., and recognized him from an April 11 arrest at the same park. Three firearms worth a combined $2,700 are missing from a Downers Grove home, according to police. The 29-year-old owner on April 22 reported his two revolvers and a rifle stolen from his residence on the 5800 block of Main Street. The firearms were kept in his basement, the police report said. The owner last saw the firearms on Oct. 31, 2012 at his house while hosting a Halloween party. "He stated he took them out from storage behind his furnace located in his basement, and showed them to some guests," the report said. "Since that time he has not had a need for them."
